La acción "Niños ucranianos secuestrados por rusos" tiene como objetivo ayudar a atraer la mayor atención posible sobre este problema y ayudar a facilitar el regreso de los niños ucranianos a sus padres. Cuando ocurrió la guerra a gran escala en Ucrania, los rusos cometieron diferentes atrocidades que caen bajo el paraguas de crímenes de guerra y genocidio. Los rusos tomaron a la fuerza al menos 16.000 niños ucranianos de sus padres y de hogares de acogida y los reubicaron en campos de filtración o los "vendieron" a familias en Rusia. De acuerdo con la Convención de Ginebra sobre el Genocidio, lo que Rusia está haciendo con los niños ucranianos es literalmente lo que es la descripción del genocidio.
Esta acción es extremadamente importante para mí porque soy una persona ucraniana y creo que a través del uso del arte podemos ayudar a llamar la atención sobre este horrible problema y ayudar a marcar la diferencia para traerlos a todos de vuelta. Espero atraer la mayor atención posible a través de este proyecto de canales de noticias y diferentes organizaciones mundiales para que juntos podamos ayudar a traer a los niños ucranianos a casa.
