The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA) is creating an Inside Out Group Action to showcase the voices of Californians impacted by COVID-19 pandemic front and center at the State Capitol.  At a time when mass street mobilization is limited to ensure our communities are safe, organizing and advocacy efforts must rise in more creative and innovative ways.  Visualized through stories and enlarged poster sized portraits of Californians, we bring the faces of struggle, suffering, resilience, 'essential workers', and community to the state's capital of Undocumented Californians, to underscore the urgency of direct relief assistance for a community severely impacted by COVID-19.
