Luis Brito died early this year; he was one of the most important photographers of the country, national awarded, and leader of social causes. Brito´s work was devoted to create awareness, His close-up portraits of ordinary people, with an unique technique, delivered the message of the importance of the history of a country, told from the bottom-up, from the perspective of the ordinary people. The portraits of Brito confront us with the necessity to recognised and accept each other, if the goal is to build a society.
