Blainville-sur-Orne is often perceived in the Caen conurbation as a dormitory town. With the “Exp-OSEZ-vous!” Project, our inhabitants, young or old, old or new, prove their involvement, their desire to live together and to welcome. They dare and claim it. A great way to welcome the 1000 or so new inhabitants of the "Terres d'Avenir" district under construction. And for us, actors of culture in the municipality, to highlight their dynamism and their diversity.
