A group of Middle School students and I will be participating in your project this August in Santa Cruz, CA.
We live in an unincorporated and under-served part of the county and the kids will be documenting important people in their lives (perhaps themselves!) to display on the side of a huge old Granary Bldg on the train tracks. Kids use the tracks to walk to school, but the tracks also have a bad rep as "dangerous" etc within broader community.
The kids don't find themselves scary as you can imagine and we hope to poke some fun at this stereotype.
We LOVE the project!
