The second edition of the project “Ensaio Negradê” was born with the proposal to broaden the debate on female blackness. Therefore, I believe that the mediation of this reflection through the photographic language becomes potent to reach its end, as an artistic project. The “Ensaio Negradê” project boils down to the promotion of self-esteem, the exaltation of black beauty, the appreciation of Afro-Brazilian culture and art, in addition to an important record of the memory of black women in Espírito Santo.
