As part of my Franco-German cultural volunteering at high school, I would like to make the Inside-Out project a project that I will implement with students and colleagues.
I sat down with a group of students and we thought about what message was important to them and what message they wanted to get across. We quickly arrived at the theme of “diversity” and made it the title of the project – “Divers-Cité Scolaire Montchapet”.


For us, the students, teachers and all high school staff, it is important to give more space to the theme of diversity at school, a place where everyone should be accepted and respected as they are. he/she is, and Inside-Out can help us realize it.
