As part of the Covid-19 pandemic, our participation in the Inside Out project is an opportunity to celebrate a resumption of cultural life in the city of Fresnes after two long confinements.
The Fresnois were able to express their positive feelings following the reopening of cultural places by having their photograph taken in one of the city's 9 cultural structures: the theater, the library, the games library, the ecomuseum, the conservatory, the space art, art school, youth and culture center and socio-cultural center.
