Inside Out Project in Shreveport, Louisiana

UNSCENE! is trying to put a face to a blighted 9 block area of Downtown Shreveport known as Shreveport Common by showing the faces of the current residents utilizing the social services organizations there plus showing the future residents that will one day be able to move into the area in newly built/renovated artist lofts and apartments.
